My name is Jitty, perhaps this moment is as good as any to realise things don’t have to be the way they’ve been, a chance to start a new journey, a veritable stepping out of one tired routine into a more vibrant one and discover the calming beauty that was and still is you.

In these testing times, I wanted to share with you what I once believed to be sufferings and how I transformed them into blessings. We already know that the fundamentals of good wellbeing are quality sleep, good nutrition, and exercise.

To go further we can say avoidance of processed foods and at least 30 minutes of physical activity each day are all steps in the right direction. But we can go deeper, and so to that end, I have listed below my top tips; a-kind of engine room, that powered me towards my soul journey.
